Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IndReelForge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IndReelForge provides a social media posting API that allows users to upload and distribute content across multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter) through a single API call. The Service includes dashboard access, API endpoints, SDKs, scheduling capabilities, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and API keys
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify IndReelForge of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights
• Distribute spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

Your use of the IndReelForge API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of API access. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload through IndReelForge. By using the Service, you grant IndReelForge a limited, non-exclusive license to process and distribute your content to the platforms you specify. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes to pricing will not affect current billing cycles.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment partner. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the prevailing rate. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

8. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable, except in the cases below. Because every subscription unlocks paid platform APIs, storage and video processing the moment it starts, refunds are deliberately limited.

8.1 Cooling-off refund (change of mind)

You may request a refund of your first payment only if all of these are true:

• The request is made within 48 hours of that payment, using the Request a Refund button on the Billing page.
• It is your account's first paid purchase. Renewals (monthly or annual), plan upgrades, add-ons and any later purchases are not refundable — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• The plan has barely been used: no more than 5 posts published or scheduled since the payment.
• The payment did not follow a free trial — the trial is your chance to evaluate the Service.
• You have not received a refund before. The cooling-off refund is available once per person, including across multiple accounts, emails, payment methods or devices.

Charges are deducted: payment-gateway and transaction charges (currently 3% of the amount paid) are non-recoverable and are deducted; the rest is refunded. Once the refund is approved, the paid plan ends immediately and the account returns to the Free plan.

8.2 Billing errors — full refund

• Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, the extra charge is refunded in full.
• Charged because of our error: for example, a charge after a cancellation we had confirmed, or a wrong amount caused by a bug on our side. These are refunded in full once verified.
• Service outage: a verified outage of the Service lasting more than 72 consecutive hours may be compensated pro-rata for the downtime, as a refund or account credit at our discretion.

Report billing errors within 30 days of the charge to support@indreelforge.com with the payment ID.

8.3 Not refundable

• Partially used billing periods, unused uploads, profiles or processing minutes, and downgrades mid-cycle.
• Problems caused by a social platform (rejected posts, API limits, account bans, policy changes) or by your own content, credentials or connected accounts.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms (spam, abuse, fraud, prohibited content).
• Requests made after the windows above, or that do not meet every condition.

8.4 Abuse, chargebacks and verification

• We may ask for proof (payment ID, bank statement) and may refuse requests that show signs of abuse — repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, multiple accounts, stolen or shared payment methods, or false claims.
• Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback or dispute for a charge that is not eligible, or while a refund request is open, closes the request; we will contest the dispute with our records and may suspend the account until it is resolved.
• Refunds go only to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and usually reach you 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
• Refunds required by applicable Indian consumer-protection law are always honoured.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. Cancelling does not refund the current period; see section 8 for the limited cases where a refund applies.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IndReelForge, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
